Introduction
The MSc in Corporate Governance and Compliance aims to provide specialised training and practical knowledge to prepare individuals, including directors, company secretaries, and compliance professionals, for effectively strengthening the sustainability and accountability of their organisations. With an expert teaching team and an innovative curriculum, the School of Business strives to accomplish this mission.
Upon completion of the programme, graduates will gain:
- A comprehensive education in corporate governance, equipping them to navigate the complexities of the regulatory environment and meet the rising expectations of shareholders and stakeholders.
- A well-rounded understanding of corporate governance from 8 core courses and 2 elective courses.
- Enhanced qualifications and expertise in corporate governance for both commercial companies and NGOs.
- The opportunity to seek full exemption from the examination requirements of The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI).
