International Postgraduate Scholarship

International Postgraduate Scholarship (IPS), which is competitive with limited quota, is offered to outstanding international students. Scholarship recipients will get full tuition waiver plus HK$100,000 living allowance (Approx. US$12,820). Eligible international applicants from countries/ regions outside the mainland China, Macau and Hong Kong will be automatically considered for the scholarship based on their all-round record and interview performance. The scholarship recipients will receive special/additional notice if the admission offer is provided with IPS.

Hong Kong Future Talents Scholarship Scheme for Advanced Studies (FTSS)

  • The award of the scholarships will be based on merits taking into account the students' academic achievements, professional qualifications, relevant working experience and achievements in other areas as well as the proposals submitted by the students

Awardees are required to pay a minimum tuition fee being the prevailing rate of the UGC-funded full-time degree programmes (i.e. HK$44,500 for 2025/26) and the differences will be subsidised by the scholarship subject to a cap of HK$100,000 for each student for the whole TPg programme

  • Priority will be given to students who have not previously received any other scholarships (excluding subject prize)
  • Applicants will be evaluated and selected by a review panel formed by authorized representatives of the donor, China Resources Corporate Service Limited and HKCGI
